UNS S32750 (Super Duplex SS) offers exceptional strength (2x higher than standard 316SS), outstanding corrosion resistance (against chlorides, acids, and seawater), and excellent stress cracking resistance. Ideal for harsh media like H2S, brine, and high-temperature steam.
Precision Flow Regulation
The tapered needle-shaped plunger allows fine-tuned, gradual flow adjustment, minimizing pressure drops and preventing sudden surges. Suitable for instrumentation, hydraulic systems, and metering applications.
High-Pressure & Temperature Resilience
Rated for PN40/ANSI 300 and beyond, with a temperature range of -40°C to 250°C (-40°F to 482°F). Robust construction ensures leak-proof operation even under cyclic loading.
Bidirectional Sealing & Zero Leakage
Metal-to-metal sealing (or optional PTFE seats) provides bubble-tight shutoff, complying with API 598/ISO 5208 standards. Bi-directional design accommodates flow from either port.
